Change Password:

Please use the following link to access the Self Service Portal:

Please enter the following information:

· Login

· Old Password

· New Password

Once you have confirmed your new password you will be sent a confirmation email to your registered email address.

Reset Password:

Please use the following link to access the Self-Service Portal:

https://synapsechanger.synapsewms.com/index.php?action=sendtoken

Please enter your Synapse Username in the Login.

Once you have confirmed your Login ID you will be sent a password reset email to your registered email address. Please click the link inside to complete the reset.
